−	Coconut milk? Sometimes some very interesting (and great tniastg) recipes require cream or something to make the dish creamy. How does coconut milk jive with SCD. I guess strickly speaking coconut is a fruit and I imagine it is rather high in glucose (certainly high in fat, but that in itself isn't SCD-forbidden). Just wondering.
