ELPA was AFAIK not a package but is still the archive hosted on [1]

- Isn't it better to link to the category "Package Manager" instead? Or maybe to have a package describing what a package manager is? I deleted the page simply because all of its content was moved elsewhere and it seemed odd to keep it empty. Bozhidar
