/ do you use several plguins in your theme? it looks like a conflict because of different plguins!Ib4m working with the theme for the last 2 weeks and I have absolutely no problems with it, except the navigation.php

I realize what you're saying, but you just seem to have forgotten that you'll find some other persons within the world who look at this matter for what it genuinely is and may not agree with you. You may well be turning away a decent amount of folks who might have been supporters of your website.
