To create a new page, do this:

  1. Goto WikEmacs:ScratchBuffer
  2. Add this [[test page]]
  3. Save the scratch buffer.
  4. Click on the wiki link to create a blank page
  5. Once in that page, add this {{NewPage|test page}}
  6. Save the test page.
  7. Now you have a basic template which you can expand upon.
