How can we handle PDF documents in Emacs ?
Builtin
Docview is the builtin mode to view non-text documents like PDF and odt files. It works by transforming files to an image and displaying the image.
It is less advanced than the following packages though.

pdf-tools, advanced pdf viewer
pdf-tools aims to be, among other things, a DocView replacement. It can do many more things, like interactive searches, annotations, outline, kill some text from the pdf, and some more.
